Whallex provides white-label crypto infrastructure software to operators and businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or interact with our services.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you submit our early access waitlist form, we collect:
- Name and email address (required)
- Phone number (optional, with your consent for WhatsApp contact)
- Company or project name
- Your role (e.g. Founder, Operations, Product, Technical, Compliance)
- Country or primary market
- Product interest (e.g. P2P Exchange, Swap/Convert, Full Exchange, Wallet Infrastructure)
- Launch timeframe and expected monthly volume (optional)
- Custom token support needs and deployment preference (optional)
- Additional notes (optional, free text)
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, the following may be collected automatically:
- IP address — used by Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection during form submissions; not stored by us. Google Analytics also uses your IP address to derive approximate geographic location (country/city level), but does not store the full IP address.
- Browser language preference — used to detect and redirect to your preferred language version of the site
- UTM marketing parameters — campaign attribution data from URL parameters (e.g.
utm_source,utm_medium), stored temporarily in your browser session - Device and browser information — device type, operating system, browser name and version, screen resolution, and viewport size. Collected by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to help us understand how visitors access our site.
- Page views and interactions — pages visited, time spent on each page, scroll depth, clicks, and navigation paths. Collected by Google Analytics for website usage analysis.
- Advertising and conversion data — when you arrive at our site from an ad or take certain actions (such as submitting the waitlist form), Google Ads and Meta Pixel may record conversion events and associate them with the ad that brought you here. This data is used to measure advertising effectiveness and build remarketing audiences.
- Meta Pixel browsing data — Meta Pixel collects information about your browsing activity on our site, including pages viewed, referral URLs, and actions taken. This data may be matched with your Facebook or Instagram account (if you have one) for advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your waitlist application and evaluate your interest in our products
- Communicate with you about product updates, launch timelines, and onboarding — only after you confirm your email via double opt-in
- Improve our website by understanding visitor behavior and audience demographics through analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Measure advertising effectiveness by tracking conversions from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns
- Show relevant advertising by building remarketing audiences through Google Ads and Meta Pixel, which may allow us to show ads to past visitors on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and partner networks
- Prevent abuse by verifying form submissions are made by real users, not bots

Third-Party Services
We share your personal information only with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
- Purpose: Email marketing and contact management
- Data shared: Information you submit through the waitlist form (name, email, phone, company details, preferences) and UTM parameters
- Processing: Brevo stores your contact information and sends double opt-in confirmation emails. Your data is added to our mailing list only after you confirm your email.

Cloudflare
- Purpose: Website hosting, content delivery, and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Data shared: IP address and browser metadata during form submissions for bot verification
- Processing: Cloudflare does not store personal data on our behalf beyond what is needed for security and delivery

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Purpose: Tag management, website analytics, advertising conversion tracking, and remarketing
- Data shared: Page view events, user interaction events, form submission events, device and browser information, approximate location (derived from IP address by Google), and ad click/conversion data
- Processing: Google Tag Manager (GTM) is the container that loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads tags on our site. GA4 collects anonymous website usage data to help us understand visitor behavior, traffic sources, and audience demographics. Google Ads conversion tracking records when a visitor who clicked one of our ads completes a desired action (such as joining the waitlist). Google Ads remarketing tags allow us to show relevant ads to past visitors across Google Search, YouTube, and the Google Display Network. GTM, GA4, and Google Ads are not active when the GTM container ID is not configured.
- Opt out: You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage your Google ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

Meta (Facebook)
- Purpose: Advertising, conversion tracking, and remarketing via Meta Pixel
- Data shared: Page view events, browsing activity on our site, form submission events (as conversion events), device and browser information, and ad click data
- Processing: Meta Pixel is loaded on our site via Google Tag Manager. It collects data about your activity on our website and sends it to Meta. This data may be matched with your Facebook or Instagram account (if you have one) to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Meta platforms and to build remarketing audiences so we can show relevant ads to past visitors on Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network. If you do not have a Meta account, Meta may still use the data in aggregated, anonymized form for analytics.
- Opt out: You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram through your Meta Ad Preferences. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta and other participating companies at youradchoices.com or youronlinechoices.eu.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We share your data with the service providers listed above to operate our website, process your waitlist application, analyze website usage, and run advertising campaigns. When advertising pixels and analytics tags are active, browsing data is transmitted to Google and Meta in accordance with their respective privacy policies. This data may be used by these providers to improve their own advertising platforms, as described in their privacy policies linked above.
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own, including countries where our service providers (Brevo, Cloudflare, Google, and Meta) operate. These providers are primarily based in the United States and the European Union. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the service providers’ own compliance with applicable data protection frameworks and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Waitlist data — retained for the duration of the waitlist period and a reasonable time thereafter to support onboarding
- Marketing communications — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Google Analytics data — Google Analytics retains user-level data for up to 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregated reports are retained indefinitely. See Google’s data retention settings for details.
- Google Ads data — conversion data and remarketing lists are retained according to Google’s policies, typically up to 540 days for remarketing audiences
- Meta Pixel data — Meta retains event data associated with your Meta account according to their data policy. Advertising data used for measurement and reporting is typically retained for up to 2 years. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for details.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data
